DISCOVER THE JOURNEY

At the heart of the United Kingdom lies Scotland. Scotland is a sacred, living land where misty mountains, ancient forests and still lochs offer quiet refuge for the soul. Here, the past lingers gently in castle stones and whispered stories.

Scotland is a place of renewal. As nature heals, beavers return to rivers, eagles soar once more and native woodlands breathe again. Our partner estates are caretakers of this reawakening, inviting you to not just visit but to belong.

SCOTLAND RETREAT

WHAT TO EXPECT

This retreat is a meeting place between Earth and Body, where the pulse of the planet aligns with the heartbeat within. Hosted by Arizona Muse, mother, model, Earth advocate, and founder of the soil regeneration charity DIRT, she brings joy and reverence for nature to her work. As co-founder of Soilonic, a cryptocurrency backed by living soil, she helps participants reconnect with the intelligence of the land, showing that healing the Earth and ourselves are one and the same.

Also guiding the retreat is Boniface Verney-Carron, body psychologist and holistic health leader, who supports the inner journey through movement, guided nature walks and group presence. From breathwork and ecstatic dance to body activation rituals, his practices help participants release what weighs them down and reconnect with embodied vitality.

Dr. Guy Hayward leads a pilgrimage walk to Rosslyn Chapel, where landscape, legend and song converge. Founder of the British Pilgrimage Trust, he demonstrates how intentional walking can open the heart and restore a sense of belonging.

Creativity and connection to place are further deepened during an afternoon at Araminta’s Atelier, a quiet, meditative space where hands meet fibre and story. Guided by local weavers and their intuitive artistry, participants explore the history, techniques, and cultural significance of weaving, gaining insight into a centuries-old craft and its role in connecting community, tradition, and place.

Throughout, the retreat blends movement under Scottish skies, mindful hikes, reflective conversation, and evenings of firelight, music, and contemplation. Participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply rooted aligned with themselves, their community, and the living Earth. This is a retreat for those seeking restoration, reconnection and renewal where movement, breath and nature weave together as pathways home to the self.

CONSERVATION IMPACT

DIRT is rooted in the urgent mission to restore soil health, the foundation of all life on Earth and to raise awareness of its vital role in addressing climate change, protecting biodiversity, and transforming extractive systems like fashion and agriculture into regenerative ones. Through advocacy, education, and partnerships with biodynamic farming projects around the world, DIRT works to heal the Earth from the ground up.

DIRT’s work includes funding soil restoration projects, educating brands and consumers about regenerative practices, and advocating for policies that prioritise soil health and long-term ecosystem vitality. By empowering individuals and organisations to become stewards of the land, DIRT aims to inspire systemic change, fostering a world in which our economy supports the regeneration of the Earth rather than its depletion.

YOUR HOSTS

Meet your hosts:
Arizona Muse and Boniface Verney-Carron

Arizona Muse

Arizona Muse

At the heart of this Scottish retreat is Arizona Muse, environmental activist and founder of the regenerative agriculture charity, DIRT. Arizona brings a unique blend of passion, purpose, and deep connection to the natural world, guiding guests through an experience that is both grounding and inspiring. Through DIRT, she advocates for the restoration of soil health and its vital role in addressing climate change, biodiversity loss, and the environmental impact of industries like fashion and agriculture. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing the Earth begins with regenerating its soils, the very foundation of life. This retreat is a living expression of DIRT’s mission: to inspire deeper awareness of our relationship with the planet, and to cultivate reverence and responsibility for the land beneath our feet. Designed for a small, intimate group, the journey offers time to slow down, observe, and reconnect, not just with the natural world, but with ourselves. Arizona’s thoughtful leadership, shaped by years of exploration in sustainability, weaves together storytelling, ecological education, and moments of stillness. Together, these elements create space for transformation, where guests are invited to rediscover the beauty and wisdom of nature, and return home not only restored, but inspired to tread more gently on the Earth.

Boniface Verney-Carro

Boniface Verney-Carron

Meet, Boniface Verney-Carron. Since 2021, Boniface Verney-Carron has widened his healing practice to embrace the creation and co-hosting of health and wellness retreats – gatherings designed as sanctuaries for reconnection. Over 21 years of practice, he has been humbled by the wisdom that emerges when listening to the body’s story: the way symptoms speak not only of physical strain, but of emotional burdens, attachment wounds, and the quiet ache of disconnection. Again and again, he has witnessed what he calls a modern “comfort crisis” – a forgetting of our own resilience, a loss of embodiment, a drifting away from the inner compass that regulates us. Through his retreats, he invites people back into themselves: into movement, into breath, into the possibility of living with a felt sense of belonging to their own body and to the world around them.

OUR FOCUS - THE IBERÁ NATIONAL PARK:

This extraordinary wetland, the largest in Argentina, is home to 30% of the biodiversity in the country including endangered species such as the pampas and marsh deer, the maned wolf and grassland birds like the strange-tailed tyrant.

In 2005, what was to become one of the largest rewilding programs in the Americas was started, with the goal of restoring keystone species that had been extirpated from Iberá through hunting and habitat loss and were extinct in the region, the Province or, in some cases, the country.

As the rewilding program developed, the cultural identity of Iberá began to recover alongside the ecosystems and natural processes, impacting a total population of 100,000 people who surround the park.

Today, Iberá stands as one of the world’s most successful ongoing conservation missions.
